Loden Campbell

Software Engineer, Game Developer

Hi, I'm Loden.

I am a recent graduate from UW-Madison, where I earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science with minors in Game Design and Mathematics. I am excited to be beginning my next chapter at USC for my Master's in Computer Science with a specialization in Game Development.

I am passionate about software development and game creation, with expertise in Java, Python, C++, C#, Unity, and other technologies. My project portfolio includes many team-based apps that range from AI training to UI design utilizing UW-Madison APIs. With experience leading teams in hackathons, managing projects, and a solid background in customer service, I am driven to combine technology and creativity to build innovative digital experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking new recipes, gaming, and staying active through sports and weightlifting.

Some of the games I’ve recently played and enjoyed are Hollow Knight, Cocoon, Rocket League, and Tiny Glade. I appreciate Hollow Knight for its atmospheric world-building and intricate underlying storyline, while Cocoon’s unique puzzle-solving has inspired me to think outside the box in my own designs, opening up worlds of possibilities—literally. I love the competitive intensity of Rocket League, which feeds my love for fast-paced, skill-based gameplay, and Tiny Glade is a perfect game to decompress with after a long day.
